WILLOW BEAUTY RETURN POLICY
At Willow Beauty we love our products and we are confident you will love them too!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Willow Beauty. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
1.2. Some products, such as perishable items, supplements or items marked as final sale, are not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for more information at willowbeautyamelia@gmail.com
2. Return Process (US ONLY)
2.1. To initiate a return & refund to your original form of payment, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through email at willowbeautyamelia@gmail.com and provide the following information:
2.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2.3. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
3. Return Shipping (US ONLY)
3.1. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3.2. If you are returning an item with a high value, we recommend using a shipping service that offers package tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds (US ONLY)
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or store credit/exchange within 3 days per the refund timeframes below. (4.4) The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4.3. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges.
Refund Timeframes
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will accept products that are unopened and unused for an in-store or online store credit minus shipping charges. **
We will also accept returns for items that are unopened and unused for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 7 days* of your purchase to be issued back to the original form of payment **
Please allow 10 days for bank processing once we receive your item/items back and approve/process your credit.
Please note: If you are unhappy with an opened product for any reason, please email us and we are happy to work with you to find the best solution.
*After 10 days of receiving your item/items, a return request will only be approved in the form of a Willow Beauty store credit/exchange without exception during the 30-day return policy window.
**All return requests must be initiated by sending an email request to our customer service at willowbeautyamelia@gmail.com within the stated time period for credit.

5. Exchanges (US ONLY)
5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items (US ONLY)
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately within the 24 hour period of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
6.2. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
