How To Use
Apply eyebrow mousse to clean, dry brows. Serums, face moisturizers, etc. can compromise the mousse's hold.
Wipe off the brush’s excess formula onto the mouth of the bottle.
Gently sweep the brush across the brow in short strokes, like a brow mascara. On this first pass, focus on an even application to enhance the color of your brows.
